RULES & REGULATIONS
• Both the boys and girls can compete in the event.
• The colors for the rangoli will not be provided by the Cultural Club. The students have to bring their own colors.
• Participant have to design the rangoli in one hour. Rangoli will be free style. The participants can’t use any frame for design the rangoli.
